Tw!st (developer: Snapify Ltd) lets you replay football's what-if moments. This page explains how to delete your account and the data associated with it.
In the app (immediate): open Me → Settings → Delete account & data, then confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
By email (if you can no longer sign in): email support@playtwst.com from the email address on your Tw!st account, with the subject “Delete my Tw!st account”. We verify the request comes from the account owner, then delete it.
Your account and all personal data tied to it: your profile and handle, your predictions and play history, your streaks and in-app Coin/Sim-Credit balances (virtual, no monetary value), referral links, and any rooms or squads you own.
In-app deletion is immediate; emailed requests are completed within 30 days of verification. We may retain a limited record where the law requires it (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting), kept only as long as legally required and then deleted. Fully anonymised, non-identifying aggregates may be retained.
